The Case for Support is the fundraiser's most important document.
As a lawyer presents a thought-through, strategic case to a judge and jury, a fundraiser makes a case for the cause to their donors.
This guide takes the reader by the hand and leads them into the fascinating realm of the Case for Support. It examines what a Case is and who needs one. It looks at the process of making the document and offers advice on messaging, storytelling, and writing. It is for Case writers and for those who use the Case as a tool in their profession.
The Case for Your Cause contains a career’s-worth of experience and learning. It guides the reader to a Case for Support that hits all the right notes.
